Neon Drift is a free browser game published as a demonstration build. Playing it costs nothing, requires no account and involves no purchase. By loading the page you accept the terms below, which are deliberately short because the game does very little on your behalf.
What you may do
Play Neon Drift as much as you like, on any device, and share the link with anyone. You may reference the game and link to it freely. You may not represent the game as your own work, resell access to it, or redistribute a modified copy under the same name.
No account, no payment
There is no sign-up, no subscription, no in-game purchase and no advertising. Nothing in the game charges money, and no payment information is ever requested or accepted. Your progress is not an account; it is four numbers in your own browser, described in full on the privacy page.
Availability and saved data
This is a demonstration build and may be changed, moved or taken offline at any time without notice. Because your best distance and run count live only in your browser's localStorage, clearing site data, using a private window, or switching device or browser will lose them. Nothing is backed up anywhere, and lost scores cannot be recovered.
No warranty
Neon Drift is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. It renders 3D graphics with WebGL and may not run correctly on every browser, driver or device. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for any damages arising from use of, or inability to use, this game.
Photosensitivity
Neon Drift is designed so that nothing on screen flashes faster than 3 Hz, and it honors your operating system's reduced-motion setting by disabling camera punch, motion blur and the scrolling grid animation. If you are sensitive to moving or bright imagery, enable reduced motion in your system settings before playing.
